The company RALLO HERMANOS, S.A.U. has participated in carrying out the project “Implementation and development of technological tools to improve the communication of the company’s management and control processes.”, File number IMDIGA / 2020/385.
Objective and results:
Rallo Hermanos, S.A.U. has automated the production process of its services, has integrated all the information and procedures into an ERP, generating a database to improve the company. As a result, it has managed to digitally transform the processes that the company’s services entail, base decision-making on real data, improve external and internal communications with customers, both telephone and network, and increase the security and quality of services. The project has been financed by the INSTITUTO VALENCIANO DE COMPETITIVIDAD EMPRESARIAL (IVACE) and co-financed by the European Union through the Programa Operativo FEDER la Comunidad Valenciana 2014-2020.
